# Troubleshooting

### ***"I cannot setup the bot"***

Verify slow mode is not on, verify other bots are not deleting BIG SIGNALS / BIG SIGNALS STOCKS and verify BIG SIGNALS / BIG SIGNALS STOCKS has rights to post. If you still facing issues, “block and delete” the BIG SIGNALS / BIG SIGNALS STOCKS Bot inside your Telegram Chat (Menu at the top right) and connect again.

### ***"I don’t receive signals"***

It can sometimes take a while for the first signals to appear. Our different technical analysis algorithms work with historical chart and trading information, the more the better. If your token has just been launched - give BIG SIGNALS / BIG SIGNALS STOCKS a few hours. **Be aware: If your token is rarely traded, do not expect frequent signals.**

### ***"My token isn’t found by your search"***

Make sure the chain your token is deployed on is supported by BIG SIGNALS / BIG SIGNALS STOCKS. You can view the supported chains here on the Features page. **Be aware: If your token was recently introduced, please note that it may take a few minutes for the token to appear in our database.**
